HI! I'M ANNIKA
I am Berliner by choice for more than six years now, CRM Manager for Kaia Health and a pretty curious person. Currently also a Student of Psychology with a big interest in Neuroscience.

To me, CRM is a more nuanced field of expertise that extends beyond just a strand in Marketing processes. What excites me about working in this field is that nowadays it merges into different areas of know-how from technical implementation to product ideation. This is what I love about what I do.
What people think I do: Spamming people's inboxes
What my mom thinks I do: Something with computers
What my colleagues think I do: Communicate with customers on their behalf
What I actually do: I pave seamless user journeys and make sure they feel at ease and understood from start to finish. Oh... and retention.
In addition to this, my curiosity and love of learning are paramount. Currently, I have added another arrow to my bow and am studying Neuroscience and Psychology on the side.
All in all, I'm a pretty upbeat yet focused person, and teamwork is lies at the heart of what I do, and I especially enjoy working in international environments.
